Rincon – Patricia Louise Coulter Horne Coleman, 84, passed away October 15, 2024 at The Social at Savannah.

The Pennsylvania native retired from Candler Hospital.  She enjoyed sewing, green bottles, garage sales, books, shoes, and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Coulter and Emma Stewart; husband, James H. Horne; and siblings, Arthur Coulter "Skip", Richard Coulter, and Andrew Bober.

Survivors include her daughters, Jamie Mercer (Timothy) and Michelle Revelle (Bruce); grandchildren, Matthew Mercer, Alexis Whipple (Taylor), and Kristine Revelle; great-grandsons, Wren Writch and Taylor Whipple, Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 18, 2024 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
