Port Wentworth-Mrs. Patricia Boykin Moore, 65, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at her daughter's home.
Patricia was born in Savannah and was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Moore, her father, Gerald "Bubba" Boykin, and her brother, Jerry Boykin. She was employed with Memorial Day School as Assistant Director.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas Lee Moore, Sr.; children, Douglas Lee Moore, Jr. (Jennifer), Lorri Ann Moore, and Kassie Moore Jones (David); grandchildren, Emily Moore, Douglas Lee Moore, III, Sarah Cason, Maggie Mae Celeste, Ava Sophia Celeste, and David Matthew Jones; great-grandchildren, Aleena Porter, Alannah Porter, and Allison Cason; mother, Margie Mixon Boykin; sisters, Ellen Padgett, and Toni Geoghagan.
The visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Silk Hope Baptist Church located at 4929 Pineland Drive in Savannah with burial to follow at Effingham Memorial Gardens.
