Mrs. Patricia "Nana Pat" Turner, 81, of Port Wentworth, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at Hospice Savannah.

Pat was born in Orlando, Florida to the late Solan and Thelma Rizer Jones.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, James Turner, and two sisters, Montez Jones and Shirley Butler.  She was a member of Port Wentworth Methodist Church and was active leading the youth group.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed operating a day care.  She was active in her community, coaching cheerleading and operating the skating rink.

Survivors include her children, Patricia A. Garcia, Bobby W. Casteel, Pamela A. Roberts, Tammy E. Brubaker, Paul Casteel, Paul Turner and Penny Martin; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, Billy Jones, and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Port Wentworth Methodist Church with the memorial service to honor Pat's life to follow at 11 a.m. in the sanctuary with Rev. Gary Boyles officiating.
