Mrs. Patti D. Hales, 70, of Meldrim, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

Patti was born in Orlando, Florida to the late George Charles Worden and Minnie Lee Price Worden.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Grady Hales, Sr., and a brother, Ronnie Worden.  She was a retired Registered Nurse and EMT.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert G. Hales, Jr. and Liz Hales; her daughter and son-in-law, Wendi Rhodes and Dave Rhodes; grandchildren, Davin Rhodes, Beth Claybrook and Cory Claybrook, and Sarah Flowers; great-grandchildren, Camren Claybrook, Carlee Claybrook, Caiden Flowers, and Tayler Flowers; brothers, Gary Worden and Libby, and Jimmy Worden; brothers-in-law, David and Jan Hales, Dennis and Sharon Hales, and Kenny Hales; sister-in-law, Fran and Derrell Westberry; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members, as well as her dog, Sadie.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Patti's life will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim with Brother Kenny Harrelson officiating.
