On March 11, 2023, Paul Joseph Hirchak of Pooler, Georgia, passed away, in his much preferred way, while sleeping.

Paul was born in the Bronx, New York on March 3, 1963, to Anne and Joseph Hirchak. He graduated from Irvington High School in 1981.

Paul's four favorite and most memorable days were;  the day he married his beautiful and loving wife, Jeanette (10-27-89); the birth of his first child, Lauren (3-6-94); the birth of his second child, Joseph (5-1-96); and any day he could enjoy an ice cold beer, which was everyday!

Paul was passionate about everything, especially things he knew more about than anyone else (which by his own admission was everything). In his life he was a gifted artist, master sheet metal worker, proud union man, large project foreman, machinist, loving husband and father, guitarist, drummer, lover or rock and roll, motorcyclist, ocean explorer, lifelong kid, purveyor of humor, and giver of infectious laughter.

Paul is survived by his wife, Jeanette Hirchak; daughter Lauren Hirchak; son Joseph Hirchak; brother John Hirchak, as well as all living things that were lucky enough to ever meet this fun loving, hard living life force. He is predeceased by his mother, Anne Hirchak, and father, Joseph Hirchak.

A service will be held at Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 11-12. A celebration of Paul's life will be held at a future date in which some of Paul's favorite foods, drinks and stories will be shared. In lieu of flowers please donate to any charity that helps children.
