Mr. Pedro Daniel "Danny" Ruiz, 77, of Pooler, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020 at his home.

He was born in the Bronx, New York and served his country in the United States Marine Corp for six years and the Army Reserves for seventeen years.  He was a retired truck driver, was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and enjoyed fishing.  He will be remembered for  sharing stories and telling jokes.

Survivors include his wife, Regina M. Ruiz; step-children, Cheryl Perine, Chuck Hess, Lisa Coonrod and Regina Suzanne Martin; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Elias Ruiz, Johnny Ruiz, Ruth Menheim and Judy Ruiz, as well as several nieces and nephews.  He was also preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.  "We love you more……"

A memorial service and graveside burial with military honors will take place at a later date.
