Rincon – Peggie Ann McLoon Wilson, 64, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Hazelhurst native was a homemaker and attended church regularly. She was a volunteer at the Manna House and a Pink Lady at Effingham County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her father, John Earl McLoon, and husband, James Reese Wilson.
Survivors include her daughter, Gina Stone of Savannah; three grandchildren, Carola, Reese, and Vivian; mother, Margaret Bolton of Rincon; brothers, Ken Meinhardt of Statesboro and William Bolton, Jr. of Rincon.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel.
Interment will be in Hillcrest Abbey West.
