Margaret "Peggy" Neidlinger

Margaret "Peggy" Neidlinger, 88, died Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at her residence.

The Fairfax, SC native was born April 25, 1930 as one of seven children to Spann & Sadie Mixon, but had lived most all of her adult life in Effingham County. She was the biggest Elvis fan. She loved to cook and play cards, especially canasta. Peggy was the widow of Edward Elliott "Buck" Neidlinger after 35 years of marriage.

Survivors include her son, Charles Edward Neidlinger (Rosa); granddaughter, Bridgette Mari Neidlinger; and sister, Evelyn Anderson.

Visitation: 10 – 11 am Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Springfield Cemetery
