Peggy S. Pentecost

Rincon – Peggy S. Pentecost, 59, passed away July 9, 2019 at Memorial Health.

The Chatham County native was a homemaker. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren, loved her dogs, loved God, and being at home.  She was a tough and opinionated woman.

Survivors include her husband, Melvin L. Pentecost, Jr.; children, Sabrina Williams (John), Roy Bailey, and Timothy Bailey; grandchildren, John, Jr., Justin, Juliana, and Alexis; brothers, Rex and Tom Stricklin; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Graveside funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Rincon Cemetery.
