Rincon – Phillip Edward Jennings, Sr., 74, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Bennington, VT native was a US Army Vietnam veteran. He was a retired telecommunications business owner, Stanford Connections. He was a Shriner, a member of the NRA, The Friends of Israel, and Christians United for Israel.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Jennings; son, Eddie Jennings (Julie); daughter, Leah Collins (Joey); grandchildren, Jessie, Rebecca, Luke, and Andrew; and a brother, Jim Jennings.

Memorial Service: 11 am Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in the funeral home chapel.
