Mr. Ralph N. Schuman, Sr.

Savannah-Mr. Ralph N. Schuman, Sr., 75, died on Monday, January 14, 2008 at Hospice
Savannah.

The Chatham County native was the former owner/operator of Schuman & Son's
Compressor Rebuilders in Garden City. He served his country in the U.S. Army and
enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Joan Schuman of Savannah; two sons and daughters-in-law,
Ralph N. & Sonja Schuman, Jr. of Brooklet and Darryl & Donna Schuman of Eden;
grandchildren, Victoria, Joshua, Katie, Chris and Jesse Schuman; great-granddaughter,
Ashlyn Nicole Schuman; brother, Payton Schuman of Atlanta and several nieces and
nephews.

The visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2008 at the Thomas C.
Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel.

The funeral to honor Mr. Schuman will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2008 in the
chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home with burial to follow at Lower
Black Creek Cemetery on Highway 280.
