Randall "Scott" Bragg

Randall "Scott" Bragg, passed away peacefully in his sleep in his home he loved
surrounded by his beloved Pappaw, Homer Wells.

Scott touched many lives in many ways with his strong determination to live in his own
home, surrounded by his family, loving caretakers, and close friends who accepted him
and loved him for who he was.

Scott and his brother, Matthew inspired B & B Care Services. B & B Care Services has
supported many individuals and families in similar situations. Scott had complications
from birth and with all of the love, support, and determination of his grandparents, Homer
and Shirley Wells, his brother, Matthew, and parents, Randy and Lynnette he lived 35
years. His support network advocated for a population of people whose voices often go
unheard.

He was preceded in death by his strongest advocate, his brother, Matthew Bragg, his
grandmother, Shirley Wells, his grandfather, Caulay Bragg.

He is survived by his parents, Randy and Lynnette Bragg; grandfather, Dr. Homer Wells;
grandmother, Betty Jo Bragg; his caretaker, Jerrie Sutton; and multiple aunts, uncles, and
cousins.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
