Mr. Randolph Lee Nettles "Speedy", 81, of Ellabell, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Hospice Savannah.

He is going to be missed by his wife and his best friend of 63 years, Linda McBride Nettles; children, Linda Anne Nettles Sibilio (Rudy), Randalyn Nettles Sessoms, and Kelly McBride Nettles; grandchildren, Joshua Sibilio, Alexander Nettles, Adrieana Batt (Colin), Page Brandt Sessoms, Jr., and Cassidy Sessoms (Malcolm); seven great-grandchildren; brother, Earl C. Nettles, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Randy was born in Eldora, Georgia and lived the majority of his life in Savannah before moving to Ellabell.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert Nettles and Ruth Lewis Nettles, a brother, Hewlyn Nettles and a sister, Patsy Woods.  He retired after 46 years from Great Dane Trailers.  He will be remembered for loving his family and never meeting a stranger.  He enjoyed digging for bottles when he was younger, fishing, and coaching little league sports.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home.  The memorial service to honor Randy's life will follow at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
