Springfield – Bruce Randall "Randy" Burns, 59, passed away, Monday, May 30, 2022 at his home.

The Effingham County native was a 1981 ECHS graduate and a member of Corinth Baptist Church.  He worked in the family business, Springfield Tractor Company until it closed. He also worked at Fort Howard for 10 years and concluded his working career at HMI in Garden City. Randy loved fishing, hunting, golf and softball. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald & Margie Burns; and his sister, Connie Burns.

He is survived by his sons, Shaun Burns and Shane Burns; brother, Greg Burns (Tammi); nephew, Brantley Burns; and many relatives.

Graveside Service: 10 am Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with visitation beginning at 9:30 am.
