Randy D. Hunt

Guyton- Randy D. Hunt, 62, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at Memorial Health.

The Huntington, WV native was disabled veteran having served in the US Army from June 1981 – June 1991. He had worked 26 years with James Stokes Contractors at Imperial Sugar. Randy loved family get togethers and fishing, especially with his son-in-law, Terry Landon.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Todd Hunt and sister, Melanie Hunt, as well as his grandmother, Bernice Hunt.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Karen Higgs Hunt; daughters, Amy Weaver (Stephen) and Tonya Landon (Terry); grandchildren, Emily Davis (Andrew), Alyssa Boatright (Bubba), Cody Landon (Shelby); great-grandchildren, Hunter Boatright, Bubba Boatright, Jr., C.J. Landon, Hayes Davis, and Harper Landon; He is also survived by his mother, Reva Hunt; sister, Rhonda Hunt; brother, Jeff Hunt (Rusty); and a number of nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
