Savannah-Mrs. Reba Nipper, 76, passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at her home.

Mrs. Nipper was born in Moultrie, GA to the late Willie W. & HenryRetta G. Singleton.
She lived in Blitchton for a number of years and was also preceded in death by her
husband, Billy W. Nipper. She had volunteered at the Williston Regional Hospital in
Williston, FL. She retired from Bank of America and was the Vice-President of the Bank
of American Retiree's Club. She was a member of the Daughters of Confederacy and
was a member of Savannah Christian Church. She was a loving mother, nana and sister.

Survivors include her daughter, Vicky Nipper McClention of Savannah; grandchildren,
Christopher Rogan, Whitney DelGuidice and Kirk Rogan; great-granddaughter, Piper
Lynn Ergle; sister, Laura Branch; brother, Jesse Singleton and several nieces and
nephews.

Funeral: 9:30 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at
11:30 a.m. at Beaufort National Cemetery.
