Rincon- Reginald deCaradauc Jaudon, 96, passed away December 22, 2025 at Memorial Health.

The Effingham County native was a long time active member of Rincon Global Methodist Church. He was retired after 31 years of service to CSX Railroad and had also served for 40 years in the Army National Guard in Springfield. He also was a 75 year member of the Guyton Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife of 75 years, Evelyn Long Jaudon; two sons, Gregory Jaudon and DeWayne Jaudon (Faith); grandchildren, Daniel Jaudon, Chad Jaudon, Timothy Jaudon, Tiffany Jaudon, Kristen Balding, C.J. Balding, Cameron Balding, Michael Westfall; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Heath; brothers, Wendell Jaudon (Teresa) and Joe Jaudon (Barbara); and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 2-3 pm Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Effingham County Methodist Campground.

Funeral: 3 pm Saturday, December 27, 2025 at the Effingham County Methodist Campground.

Interment: Springfield Cemetery Annex
