Rhyanne Cortney Skinner (Truax) – October 11, 1976 to August 26 ^th , 2022 (Age 45).

Loved Wife and Mother, born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska.  She is survived by her Husband of eight years, Chris Skinner, daughter Abygail Skinner, Mother Barbara Truax, Brother Chris Truax, and two dogs Bandit and Ginger.

She was a good Mother who made time to take Mother-daughter trips back to California, trips to the beach, bowling, and many other activities.  She was also a lover of animals and never met a strange dog, cat, or horse.  She was always happiest on horseback and it was one of her true passions.

Rhyanne graduated from California State University – Chico with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies in 1998.  She worked as a Safety Professional for many years and held the designation of both Associate (ASP) and Certified (CSP) Safety Professional. In her last few years, she found her niche in the Workers Compensation Insurance business as a Safety Professional.
