Mr. Robert Lamar Bedgood, Sr., 80, of Pooler, GA, passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at Memorial Hospital.

Robert was born in Savannah, GA to the late Walter Manley Bedgood and Wilhelmina Creech Bedgood.  He retired from Gulfstream Aerospace.  He enjoyed playing softball, being on the water, but he will be remembered most for loving his family. GO DAWGS !

Survivors include his wife, Debra Bedgood; son, Robert L. Bedgood, Jr.; daughter, Heather Bedgood; grandchildren, Braxton and Brianna; brothers, Walter Marion Bedgood and Charles Edward Bedgood, Sr.; nephew, Charles Bedgood, Jr; niece, Susan Flesher; as well as many cousins.

The visitation will be on Sunday, June 12, 2022 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral will be on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
