Springfield – Robert Michael Meng, 68, passed away January 12, 2023 at Memorial Health.

The Ohio native retired from DIRTT Environmental, he loved fishing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his family.  He was a hard worker and always took care of his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Alton Meng and Dorothy Eileen Koons Meng.

Survivors include his sisters, Susan M. Whatley (Thomas) and Mary M. Navarro; nieces and nephews, Lisa Westenbarger, his caregiver Arrah Nelms, Anna Hardy, Lyn Altis, and Robert John Boice; godson and "best buddy" LandIn Nelms; a number of great-nieces and great-nephews.
