Springfield- Rolin S. Beebe, 72, died Friday, September 4, 2015.
The Effingham County native loved his Lord, his family, to fish, and to tell stories. He was precious to all he came in contact with. He was very giving and hospitable to all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver & Orrie Mae Beebe, and his sister, May Franks.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Beebe; children, Robin Sapp and Joey Beebe (Lisa); 4 granddaughters, Mandy Couey (Brian), Lindsey Lewis (Tommie), Josie Beebe, and Nicole Coones Oden (Ryan); 3 great-grandchildren, Hunter Thompson, Hansleigh Page, and Emma Grace Oden; sister, Faye Ricord; brothers, Howard and William Beebe; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 4-6 pm Sunday, September 6, 2015 in the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 am Monday, September 7, 2015 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Springfield Cemetery Annex.
Remembrances: American Diabetes Association.
