Rose Marie Kerby, of Bloomingdale, passed away January 19, 2019 at Memorial University Medical Center after a long illness.

She was born in Savannah, GA to the late Sterling and Lillian Anderson.  She was a devoted wife and mother.  She leaves her family a legacy of love, warm heartedness, and many great memories.  Her family was the most important thing to her.  She was also of the Episcopalian faith.

She leaves behind her husband, Gennis Kerby of 54 years; sons, Jimmy (Daphne) and Jamie Kerby (Denise Sullivan); three grandchildren, Ryan Kerby, Lindsey Kerby and Parker Kerby; sister, Lilly Hutchinson; brothers, Robert, Heyward and Hunter Anderson and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, January 23 ^rd from 11 a.m. until 12:30 noon at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home located at 901 W. Hwy. 80 in Pooler.  The graveside funeral and burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Westside Memorial Gardens on Adams Road in Bloomingdale.
