Rosie Hodges Litchfield of Savannah, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Rosie was born in Savannah, Georgia on September 28, 1950. She was the daughter of the late George F. Hodges, Sr. and Rosalie White Hodges Klumb. Rosie enjoyed singing, gardening and attending all of her grandchildren's events. She is survived by her loving husband George H. Litchfield of 45 years, her three children, Travis Litchfield, Shannon Follo (Jason) and Jonathan Litchfield (Autumn); her seven grandchildren, Megan Litchfield (Chris), Nicole Follo, Nico Rozo, Zachary Rozo, Abrianna Litchfield, Alexandra Litchfield and Logan Litchfield; two great-grandchildren CJ Irick and Skylar Irick; and her siblings, George F. "Topper" Hodges, Jr. (Lula Dixon), Patricia Drescher (Vincent, Sr.). She was loved by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Connie Wilson and Tommie Osland (Stuart). A viewing will be held at the Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home located at 901 West Highway 80 in Pooler. Visitation for family will be on Thursday, March 25th from 5 until 6 p.m. and for friends from 6 until 8 p.m. The funeral will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 26th at The Sanctuary of Savannah located at 8912 Whitfield Avenue in Savannah with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
