Ross Dugger Arnsdorff

Savannah – Ross Dugger Arnsdorff, 54, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016.

Ross was described by many who knew him as a lover of life and all it had to offer including all living things. He loved to travel and experience different cultures. He enjoyed the company of others and was always willing to help with a need. He was a dreamer who successfully fulfilled many of the dreams for the betterment of his community and others.

Ross was the owner/operator of Gaucho, was a member of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce, the Savannah Small Businesses, and was the recipient of the Savannah Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Award in 1998. He was a member of the Cathedral of St. John The Baptist Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Tillman Arnsdorff, Jr.; and sister, Angie Wendelken.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Claudine Dugger Arnsdorff; sister, Linda (Gerald) Murray of Waynesboro; brother, Wendell (Cheryl) Arnsdorff of Springfield; 6 nieces and nephews; and 13 great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Springfield Cemetery Annex.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Humane Society of Chatham County, 7215 Sallie Mood Drive, Savannah, GA 31406.
