Ross C. Arlington

Guyton – Ross C. Arlington, 68, passed away July 1, 2026 at Candler Hospital.

The Chatham County native was the owner/operator of Southern Seahorse Construction where he was able to live out his dream of “digging in the dirt”. He enjoyed deer and dove hunting, fishing and shrimping. He loved attending golf tournaments and watching all sports.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sylvia Clark Porter; and his great-granddaughter, Raelynn.

Survivors include his wife, Bridget D. Seay; children, Allyssa Chalker and Alexandria Seay; grandchildren, Destiny, Landon, and Sierra; great-grandchildren, Rowan and Ca’Marion; sister, Melanie; and his 65lb lap dog, Nettie Lou.

Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2026 followed by a celebration of life service at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.
