RUDOLPH GEORGE MANSER, 80, of Rincon GA went home to be with his Lord and his late wife, on February 22, 2025. Born February 3,1945 in Manhattan NY. He was a Chief Construction Inspector for Con Edison for 38 years.

Rudolph was a devoted and loving husband who dedicated himself to taking great care of his late wife. He was a "good daddy" who always made sure his 3 daughters were safe and taken care of. He was also an amazing Papa and Great Grandfather. He had life-long friends that he cared for dearly. He was a life-long, devoted New York Yankees Fan. He loved watching baseball, enjoyed golfing, spending time with his family and good food. He had a good sense of humor and had a way of making people laugh even in hard times.

He is survived by his sister Anna Cole (Ronald)

He has three daughters that he loved dearly: Lorraine Christine Joy(Rick), Marie Elaine Coimbra(Tony), and Elaine Christine Buda(Jason). He has seven grandchildren, Lelia Shelby Joy(Aaron), Jaclyn Elaine Kaiser(Vance), William Rudolph Joy (Deidre), Crista Marie Carroll(Ryan), Kyle Anthony Coimbra(Gabby), Kayla Marie Coimbra, Michael Anthony LiCausi Jr(Nicole). He has Great Grandchildren Evyan Lynn Parnell, Macy Kylyn Wilt, Rylan Richard Blackwell, Wyatt Thomas Henderson, Oaklee Monroe Kaiser. Also, his loving companion and furry friend Fritz that he took amazing care of.

He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph and Irene Manser.

His wife, of 58 years, Patricia Ann Manser, who meant the world to him. He continued to love her and think about her every day until they met again on February 22, 2025.
