Mrs. Ruth Trammell Gresham, 98, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023 at her home.

Ruth was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Daniel C. Trammell and Jessie Carroll Trammell.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, William P. Gresham, and a son, Mark Gresham.  She retired as the Financial Secretary from St. John's Episcopal Church and was a member of the Meldrim United Methodist Church.  She will be remembered for being a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.  As her daughter-in-law put it, "Everything she did, she did well".

Survivors include two sons and three daughters-in-law, Greg Gresham (Mary), Dan Gresham (Elda) and Cherie Gresham; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.

The visitation will be on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Mrs. Ruth's life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Tom Whatley officiating.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be given to the Meldrim United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 49, Meldrim, GA  31328.
