Our Beloved Mother/Nan, Ruth Hix Hall, 89, of Pooler, Georgia, was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 29, 2025.  She was a devout Christian whose life was guided by the teachings of the Holy Bible.

Ruth was born in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Harrison and Estelle Thomas Hix.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Donald Ray Hall; granddaughter, Christina Faye O'Neal and her husband, Matthew Garrett O'Neal; sister, Peggy Emmons and brother, Billy Hix.

Ruth was the former CFO of R & H Food Enterprises.  She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her children and most of all her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchild.  She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and devout Christian with a larger than life heart.

Ruth was dearly loved by all her family and will be sadly missed by her son, Michael Ray Hall (Sandy); daughter, Bonnie Hall Ell (James); grandchildren, Melissa Hall Adams (John), Robert Steven Winsett, Michael Lee Hall (Brittany), Misty Dawn Tyler, and Christina Marie Tyler; great-grandchildren, Avery Adams Graves (Cortez), Emery Adams Oliver (Bryce),  Harrison McCown Adams, Anna James Hall and Harper Lee Hall; great-great-grandchild, Easton Knox Adams, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The private graveside funeral and burial will be on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at 2 p.m. at the Adams/Hall Family Cemetery located at 641 Olive Branch Road in Black Creek, Georgia.
