Warren County- Ruth Kelly, 70, died July 25, 2015 at University Hospital in Augusta.
The longtime resident of Effingham County was a loving grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Jack & Lillian Freeman.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis Kelly; daughter, Nancy Ann Costeira (Tom); son, Brian Kelly (Tammy); grandchildren, Kelly and Kristopher Costeira, and Lindsey Kelly; sister, Kitty Sykes Freeman; brother, John Brannen Freeman; nieces, Allison Madden and Caroline Kelly; brother-in-law, Michael Edward Kelly (Terri).
Graveside Service: 10 am Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Effingham Memorial Gardens.
Remembrances: Youth Fund at Springfield United Methodist Church.
