Mrs. Sandra Lynn Harrelson, of Garden City, GA, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024 with her family by her side.  She was born on September 12, 1944 in Ridgeland, SC.  She was raised in Levy, South Carolina, the youngest of 13 children, and spent the remainder of her life in the Savannah area after marrying James T. Harrelson, Sr. in 1962.  Sandra raised two children while working medical and retail positions in Savannah, GA.  Her favorite things were working in the yard and spending time with her pets and family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Mack and Ava Lou Carter Fender, and husband, James T. Harrelson, Sr.  She is survived by daughter Andrea and son Jim of Savannah, GA, sisters Dee and Celia, and brother Don.  Sandra's wishes were to be cremated with no formal service.  Thomas C.
