Mrs. Sandra Faye Kicklighter Handy, 74, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family.

Sandra was born in Glennville, Georgia and was preceded in death by her parents, Willie Ellis Kicklighter and Frances Virginia Durrence Kicklighter, and siblings, Letha Stubbs, Dewayne Kicklighter, and Emojean Thomas.  She was a 1968 graduate of Savannah High School, a homemaker, and a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.  She loved her time in the mountains and traveling with her husband.  She loved her family and will be remembered for being a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother.

Survivors include her husband of 56 ½ years, William A. "Billy" Handy; son, Tony Handy (Heather); grandson, Blake Handy; several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Sandra's life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
