Sara Rogers Hall

Egypt - Sara Rogers Hall, 86, died Saturday, October 2, 2010 at her residence.

The Evans County native was a member of Elam-Egypt Baptist Church and retired from
Effingham County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Q. Rogers
and Alma Striplin Rogers; husband, Joseph Elton Hall; son, Frank Hall; and
great-grandson, Neil Morgan.

Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl H. Powell of Guyton and Gail H. Botts of
Raleigh, NC; son, Woodrow Elton (Betty) Hall of Egypt; daughter-in-law, Pierrette Hall
of Egypt; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a
number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Friday at Elam-Egypt Baptist Church.

Interment will follow in Elam-Egypt Baptist Church Cemetery.
