Savannah-Mrs. Sara Stanley Hart, 80, passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
Mrs. Sara was born in Lyons to the late James Quincy & Willie Mae Stanley. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy C. Hart. She was a member of Garden City United Methodist Church where she attended the Linda Barrett Sunday School Class. She enjoyed studying the Bible, and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Holly & Bill Floyd; grandson, Matthew Hart, and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be on Friday at 11 a.m. at Garden City United Methodist Church with visitation one hour prior to the funeral. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to the Garden City United Methodist Church Building Fund, 62 Varnedoe Avenue, Garden City, GA 31408.
