Mrs. Sara Daley Smith, 88, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025.

Sara is going to be missed by her sons and daughters-in-law, Keith Smith (Jean) and Derrick Smith (Becky); grandchildren, Daniel R. Smith (Rikki M.), Randal L. Smith, Adam Smith (Britany), Arron Smith (Melanie), Brandon Smith (Jessica),  Shawn Smith (Lacy); great-grandchildren, Brittany, Aidan, Jacob, Nolan, Dakota, Rozaline, Izabella, Landon, Chesney, Lawton, Lainey, Travis and Austin Smith; great-great-granddaughter, Mila Holly; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell Daley (Carolyn)  as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Sara was born in Portal, Georgia and had lived in Bloomingdale for many years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Floyd Smith, Jr.; parents, Rafe and Mary Ruth Lamb Daley; sons and daughter-in law, Randall R. Smith, Daniel F. "Danny" and Ronda Smith; brother, Jarrell Wendell Daley; sister-in-law, Martha Davis Daley; niece, Janet Lynn Daley.  She was a homemaker and a member of Powers Baptist Church.  She enjoyed doing anything outdoors, including swimming anywhere, especially at Morgan's Bridge, and cutting grass.  She enjoyed "going", especially to garage sells and shopping at Goodwill.

The visitation will be on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Sara's life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  The burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens located at 315 Greenwich Road in Savannah, Georgia.
