Sara Jacqueline Wooten "Jackie", 61 of Bloomingdale, Georgia passed away on February 14, 2024 at her home.

Jackie was born in Savannah, Georgia and had lived in Bloomingdale for 30 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John J. Knight, Sr. and Elizabeth Jones Knight; a daughter, Taylor Wooten; brothers, Jeff Knight, JT Knight, and Joe Wood, and a sister, Lucretia Smith.  She was the co-owner/operator of Wooten Construction LLC.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Louis Wooten, Jr. "Lou"; children, Robbie Clark (Amber), Travis Wooten (Heather), and Brandi Wooten (Shane); grandchildren, Jordin Clark, Emory Clark, Addison Clark, Braelyn Morris, Riley Morris, Hunter Jackson, and Clayton Wooten; siblings, Sybil Collins (Kim), Dorothy "Dottie" Hunter, Shirley Blitch (Sammy), John Knight, Jr. (Cindy),  Liz "Cookie" Knight and Della Johnson, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral to honor Jackie's life will be on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Effingham Memorial Gardens.  Brother Joshua Johnson will be officiating.  The active pallbearers will be Chris Knight, Justin Knight, Patrick Welsh, Slade Johnson, Jesse Johnson, and Chris Collins.  The honorary pallbearers will be Roy Roberts, John Roberts, and Joseph Roberts.
