Serra "Michelle" Carr, 67, passed away on March 28, 2025. She was born on July 17, 1957, to the late Frank H. Gallovitch, Jr. and Mary J. Gallovitch.

Michelle loved her friends and family and would do anything to help them out. She spent most of her time outdoors tending to her flowers and yard. She also loved watching and collecting anything NASCAR.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her two brothers, Joseph A. Gallovitch and Frank H. Gallovitch III, along with several aunts, uncles, a nephew, and a great grandchild.

Michelle is survived by her husband, James N. Carr, III; son, Joseph A. Carr; daughter, Marion F. Williams (Sefton); grandchildren, Brandon Carr and Sara Lee; great grandchildren, Anastasia Settles and Faith Settles; nephew, Christopher Gallovitch; nieces, Chastity Gallovitch, Cathy Westhoven, and Elizabeth Carr.

A memorial visitation to honor her life will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on April 12, 2025, at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons- West Chatham Chapel, 901 US-80, Pooler, GA 31322.

In lieu of flowers to family request remembrances be made in her honor to Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer & Research Pavilion, 5356 Reynolds Street, Suite 400, Savannah, GA 31405.
