Ellabell – Sherman Lee Griffis, Jr., 69, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at his home.

The Florida native was a retired truck driver. He was preceded in death by his son, Sherman Lee Griffis, III, and fiance, Becky Altman, and is survived by her daughter, Kathrine Altman.

Graveside service will be 3:30 pm Friday, August 12. 2022 at Effingham Memorial Gardens.
