Sherry Gail Blackwelder of PortWentworth, Ga. passed away having completed her earthly journey on September 16, 2025.  Sherry was born on October 14,1959 to Preston and Sue Blackwelder. She graduated from Savannah Christian School in 1977 and had a diverse career culminating with Faith Financials and Income Tax in Rincon, Ga.  Sherry was preceded in death by her parents: (Preston and Sue Blackwelder) Grandparents: (George and Alma Holbrook, Harold and Edna Williams, and Preston & Bess Blackwelder).  She is survived by her Brother and sister-in-law: (Marty & Lola Blackwelder) of McDonough, Ga., nieces: Madison & Aubrie Blackwelder, Aunt: Francis Miller, additional family members l: Kiersten Miller, Missy Miller Dixon, Christina Miller Rahn, and closest friend and Business Partner of 25 years, Rinnie Kennedy.  Sherry loved the Lord and will be greatly missed by her family and friends , but we know that she is not only in our past, but also in our future - as we have this blessed hope in Christ.  Thomas C.
