Shirley Ailene Graham
Rincon – Shirley Ailene Graham, 82, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Effingham Care Center in Springfield, GA.
She was a member of Maranatha Assembly of God and was a loving mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie M. Graham and parents, Elton and Gertrude Moore Nasworthy.
Surviving are her children, Wesley T. Graham (Fran) of Guyton, Peggy Joiner (Willie) of Sylacauga, AL, Sue Mingledorff (Robert) of Rincon, Margaret Howard (Calvin) of Garden City, Richard T. Graham (Linda) of Guyton, and Robin Daniel (Gary) of Rincon. She was also blessed to have 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Charles Buford Nasworthy (Ruth) of Houston, TX, William McCoy of Lubbock, TX; sister, Mary Helen Stevens (Jamie) of Lisbon, ME.
The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Effingham Care Center for providing her with such kind and compassionate care and also to Mrs. Reta Zettler for being such a great friend and roommate.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel with Rev. Levoy Nelms officiating.
Interment will be in Effingham Memorial Gardens.
