Rincon – Shirley Faye McCall Sellers, 84, passed away December 14, 2022 at Candler Hospital.

The Alma, GA native graduated from Bacon County High School and Massey Business College in Jacksonville, FL.  She retired from Chatham County Board of Education after 27 years, was a member of First Baptist Church, and sang in the choir.  She enjoyed crafts, needlepoint, crocheting, sewing, and camping.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold L. McCall and Vera Watson McCall.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Maxwell T. Sellers; sons, Kenneth L. Sellers "Kenny" (Page) and Mark Sellers (Stacyleigh); grandchildren, Kenneth Lee Sellers, Jr. "Klee" (Bailey) and Katherine Sellers Riddle (Hux); siblings, Annette Lee of Sefner, FL, John McCall (Gail) of Athens, GA, Jimmy McCall (Derinda) of Alma, GA, and Nelma Hollingsworth of Savannah, GA; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022 at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Pine Lawn Memorial Gardens in Alma, GA.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Rincon.  The Jessie Wall Sunday School Class will be honorary pallbearers.
