Guyton- Starr Brown Smith, 57, died Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Hospice Savannah.
The Sandersville native was a nurse in Washington and Effingham Counties for 35 years. She was a member of the Tabernacle Church and the Nurses Association.
Survivors include her husband, David L. Smith, Sr.; children, Leslie Smith (Garon) and Lance Smith (Angela); grandchildren, Ethan, Eli, and David "Tripp" Smith; sister, Nancy Baxley; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 pm Monday, November 10, 2014 at the funeral home.
Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in the funeral home chapel.
Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens.
Remembrances: J.C. Lewis Cancer Center.
