Guyton- Stephen Wayne Bowles, 54, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Memorial Health.

The Savannah native loved sports and fishing with his Dad and brother. He was a graduate of Groves High School Class of 1988 where he was named All-City offensive right guard from 1987-1988. He loved his family and the Georgia Bulldogs. He was a hard worker at Bell South for 20 plus years, dedicated softball coach, father, brother and son.  He was predeceased by his brother, Bruce Wayne Bowles.

Survivors include his children, Tyler Wayne Bowles (Kaley) and Kasey Layne Bowles; parents, Michael & Barbara Bowles; mother of his children, Oma Elliott Bowles; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Services will be private.
