Springfield – Steve Clifton Zettler, 41, passed away Monday, September 29, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
The Effingham County native was a former member of First Baptist Church of Springfield where he was a Deacon and now a member of Springfield United Methodist Church. He was a graduate of GA Southern University and employed with Dulohery Weeks as a Professional Engineer, LEED AP – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Accredited Professional and CEM – Certified Energy Manager.
Survivors include his wife, Shea Dunham Zettler; daughter, Rebekah Carol Zettler; parents, Barry and Beth Zettler; sister, Sharon (Dean) Holland; mother-in-law, Marie (Randy) Neal; father-in-law, Parker (Christie) Dunham; sisters-in-law, Shely (Bert) Ratliff and Brandi (Ben) Nichols; brother-in-law, Jody (Brandi) Dunham; nieces and nephews, Jacob, Jared, Bert, Ben, Brent, Tanner, Brandon, Kaliegh, Addisyn, Christian, and Courtney; grandmother-in-law, Sarah Evelyn Dunham.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Springfield United Methodist Church.
