Dubois, WY-Steven "Stevebo" Mincey, 28, died on Monday, September 9, 2013.
Steven was born on August 19, 1985. He grew up in Effingham County before moving to Wyoming in 2006. He attended Effingham County High School, and graduated from Youth Challenge Academy in 2004. He received his A.S. from Central Wyoming College.
Steven enjoyed listening to music, being with family, oil rigs, and being a redneck. Steven was a man of few words, but he was an amazing father, son, and husband. He will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to know him.
Steven is survived by his parents, Troy and Donna Mincey (Guyton) and Carla Magana (TX); his wife, Melissa; son, Little Frank (Dubois); brothers, Troy Buck and Benjamin Mincey (Guyton) and Antonio Magana (Dubois); his sisters, Katlyn and Kristian Mincey (Guyton), and Brodi Magana (Dubois). Also left behind to cherish his memory are his grandparents, Donald and Margaret Cannon (Bloomingdale), and Frank and Peggy Mincey (Guyton) and several beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
There will be a visitation at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home in Pooler on Saturday, September 14, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. with a memorial service beginning at 7 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
