Rincon – Sue Nell Kennedy Moore (Mema), 92, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family.

The Evans County native was a retired ICU Nurse at Memorial Health and was a caregiver.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lefler Kennedy and Susie Mae Bargeron Kennedy; husband, Waldo H. Moore, Jr.; siblings, Sonny Kennedy, Jimmy Kennedy, and Patsy Kennedy Sapp.

Survivors include her daughters, Tracy Moore Emry (Jack) and Terry Moore Rahn (Theron); grandchildren, Jamie Thompson (Shondee), Shelby Schrader (Josh), Kara Richards (Tom), and Jaclyn Emry; great-grandchildren, Matthew Thompson, Makenzie Thompson, Ryan Richards, Brayden Richards, Bailey Richards, and Deacon Schrader; several nephews and 1 niece, Janet Sapp Jones.

The family would like give special thanks to Denise Scott for the care, love and dedication given to their mema.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at Brooklet City Cemetery.
