Sunday Ann Hall Steptoe

Rincon – Sunday Ann Hall Steptoe, 71, passed away October 17, 2026 peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.

She was a longtime resident of Guyton and retired from Gastroenterology Consultants as a billing clerk.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Foskey; step-father, James Foskey; father, Homer Carter; sister-in-law/best friend, Patty Steptoe; and aunt, Betty Clark.

Survivors include her loving husband of 55 years, Dennis Steptoe; children, Dennis Steptoe, (Christie) of Rincon, Jimmy Steptoe (Tiffanie) of Guyton, Shawn Steptoe (Tiffany) of Guyton, and Crystal Steptoe (Jeffrey Mills) of Rincon; siblings, Mary Ann Jones (John) of Texas, Carl Carter of Bloomingdale, Willadean Spikes (Dennis) of Guyton, Tim Carter (Jessica) of Bloomingdale, and John Carter (DeAnne) of Pembroke; loving life long friend, Ladean Brown; grandchildren, Morgan Steptoe (Davis), Trey Steptoe (Makayla), Tony Steptoe, Tony Lewis (Destiny), Taylor Steptoe, Lindsey Steptoe (Dakota), Kenzie Coleman (Justin), Jordan Steptoe, Jaime Walker, Cameron Steptoe, and Kyler Coleman; great-grandchildren, Caiden Steptoe, Teagan Jones, and Eleanor Rooks; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 3 p.m. in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Marlow Cemetery.
