Eden-Mrs. Susan Wallace Moore, 61, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Susan attended Chatham County Schools and was an avid Bingo player and flea market shopper. She attended Bethel Baptist Church and loved music, fishing and dancing. She will surely be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, James Moore; daughter Tammy Green (Aaron), Amber Smith and Annette Kniphfer; grandchildren, Dalton Green, Christopher Green, Sade' Yiirs, Katelyn Yiirs and Alyssa Yiirs; brother, Larry Washington; sisters, Patricia Payne, Carol Garvin and Barbara Hill (Gary) as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral to celebrate Mrs. Susan's life was held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Eddie Deas officiating. Rev. Danny Smith sang a song and the pallbearers were Ronnie Hadden, Beau Manning, Ryan Goggins, Rev. Danny Smith, Danny Love, Mattthew McDaniel and Albert Kniphfer. Burial followed at Northside Cemetery in Pembroke.
