Guyton – Susan Shuman Rahn, 51, passed away Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Effingham Hospital.
The Effingham County native was a homemaker. Her greatest joy was her grandkids whom she kept daily and loved spending time with. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Karen Shuman.
Survivors include her daughter, Jennifer (Stephen) Stahl of Guyton; grandchildren, Nick, Colby, and Ryan; sister, Trish Haselden of Rincon; her companion of 24 years, Daryl Westenbarger of Guyton; step-children, Nichole Cadle, Christine Westenbarger, and Adam Westenbarger; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim.
