Teresa Burnsed James, Age 66.  Passed away April 14, 2023, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Emily Gail Burgess and her brother Arthur Jack Burnsed Sr.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, William W. James and children, Sarah (Jerry) Livingston, Jessica (Terry) Cook, Daryl (Tonya) King and Phillip Deloach.  Grandchildren, Devin (Kristie) Wilcox, Cameron (Shelby) Griffith, Hailey Griffith, Hunter Scott, Layla (James) Monroe, Tiffani (Kenny) Coleman, Allie (Ethan) Jackson, Kenzie Cook, Landon, Logan and Lane King.  Great Grandchildren, Emily Wilcox, Oliver and Ivy Griffith, Beau and Maggie Monroe, Brad and Liam Coleman, and Kinsley Jackson.

Teresa was a 1974 graduate of Savannah Christian School. She was a dedicated banking officer and loan assistant at South State Bank, formerly The Savannah Bank for 25 years. She loved playing bingo at Hunter Army Airfield, shopping and spending time with her family.

The family will receive guests on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the Thomas C Strickland & sons Funeral Homes, West Chatham chapel 901 Hwy 80 W. Pooler, GA.  (912) 748-2444
