Pembroke – Terry Keith Powell, Sr., 68, passed away June 1, 2025 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The Brunswick native was a homebuilder and volunteer firefighter having been with several fire departments.  He was an outdoorsman whom enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing music on several instruments.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Ambrose Powell, Sr., and Johnny Ward Powell.

Survivors include his son, Terry Keith Powell, II (Rhonda Hewitt); daughter, Kandice Stafford (Mikie); grandchildren, Alexsis Rutledge, Kassidy Stafford, Kinzley Stafford, Kamrin Powell, and Kathleen Powell; great-grandson, Kayson Rutledge-Novinski; brothers, Nicky Powell (Kay) and John J. Powell (Nancy); several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
